Patient Screening

Building Your

Personalized Plan.

Patient selection is the foundation of safe, considered regenerative care. Before any protocol is recommended, our team conducts a thorough clinical evaluation — reviewing your history, labs, imaging, and goals to determine candidacy and design a plan tailored to you.

What We Review

A Considered

Evaluation

Every consultation includes a structured review designed to determine whether a regenerative approach is appropriate for you — and whether established alternatives may be more suitable.

Critical Screening Parameters

Patient selection is a primary determinant of safety and outcome. We review source tissue quality, metabolic health, immune status, and donor-material compliance based on whether a protocol is autologous or allogenic.

Metabolic & Lifestyle Factors

Glycemic control, smoking history, BMI, and baseline labs (CBC, CMP) — together with appropriate imaging — help us understand the environment in which any biologic protocol is being considered.

Contraindications & Red Flags

Active systemic infection, recent malignancy, or uncontrolled chronic illness are reviewed as part of standard candidacy evaluation. Psychosocial readiness and post-procedure support are also discussed during consultation.

Regulatory & Ethical Compliance

Products considered in our protocols are reviewed against applicable FDA cGMP/GTP standards and 21 CFR Part 1271 expectations. We discuss regulatory status openly during consultation.
